P\u00ebr zonat e tjera kadastrale n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb detyrimi nuk ndryshon (n\u00ebse vlera e apartamentit do t\u00eb llogaritet me \u00e7mimet e referenc\u00ebs dhe shkalla e taks\u00ebs do t\u00eb miratohet 0.1%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P.sh n\u00ebse nj\u00eb individ posedon nj\u00eb apartament me sip\u00ebrfaqe 90 m2 n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e ish Bllokut, me nivelin aktual t\u00eb taks\u00ebs prej 0.05% paguan nj\u00eb detyrim vjetor prej 10,278 lek\u00eb n\u00eb vit apo 856 lek\u00eb n\u00eb muaj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7mimi i referenc\u00ebs s\u00eb zon\u00ebs kadastrale 5\/1 (zona e Ish Bllokut) 228,400\u00d790 m2= 20,556,000 lek\u00eb (vlera e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb) x 0,05% (shkalla aktuale e taks\u00ebs)= 10,278 lek\u00eb (detyrimi vjetor q\u00eb paguhet aktualisht).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Me shkall\u00ebn e re t\u00eb propozuar 0.1%, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe zbritjen e pragut t\u00eb patatuesh\u00ebm prej 8.4 mln lek\u00eb detyrimi arrin 12,156 lek\u00eb n\u00eb vit apo 1,013 lek\u00eb n\u00eb muaj. Rritja 18.2%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7mimi i referenc\u00ebs s\u00eb zon\u00ebs kadastrale 5\/1 (zona e Ish Bllokut) 228,400\u00d790 m2= 20,556,000 lek\u00eb (vlera e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb). Rritja 18.2%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb rast se shkalla e taks\u00ebs do t\u00eb miratohet 0.2% detyrimi do t\u00eb dyfishohet, p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha zonat kadastarle n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pra pavar\u00ebsisht se formula parashikon zbritje deri 50% t\u00eb vler\u00ebs s\u00eb pron\u00ebs, shkalla e re taks\u00ebs prej 0.2% rritet me 300% krahasuar me nivelin aktual prej 0,05%. Rritja e shkall\u00ebs do t\u00eb sjell\u00eb dyfishim t\u00eb detyrimit vjetor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P.sh. p\u00ebr nj\u00eb familje pronare e nj\u00eb apartamenti n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e ish bllokut detyrimi nga 10,278 lek\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb aktualisht do t\u00eb arrij\u00eb n\u00eb 20,556 lek\u00eb n\u00eb vit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dyfishim t\u00eb detyrimit me shkall\u00ebn 0.2% do t\u00eb ket\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha zonat kadastrale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P.sh n\u00eb zon\u00ebn kadastrale 1\/1 (n\u00eb terren p\u00ebrfshihet zonat, si: Kinema \u201cAli Demi\u201d, Fusha e Sportit, fshati Shkoz\u00eb, Depo e Ujit; 1\/2 Poligrafiku, Shkoza, Autotraktor\u00ebt, fshati Shkoz\u00eb, LanaBregas, Linz\u00eb, Sauk) detyrimi vjetor aktualisht \u00ebsht\u00eb 4,626 lek\u00eb n\u00eb vit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Me shkall\u00ebn e propozuar prej 0.2% detyrimi arrin 9,252 lek\u00eb n\u00eb vit.
