Durrës Beach continues to be the main destination for vacationers coming from Kosovo and North Macedonia. This year, it seems that many vacationers from other countries, mainly from Eastern Europe, have also chosen Durres to spend their summer holidays. The entire coastline is overcrowded, promising a good season.
Vacationers say they are satisfied with the conditions and tranquility they find on this coast. The whole month of August is expected to be overcrowded, since it marks the peak of the tourist season in the city of Durrës.
Durres, located on the Adriatic coast, is the most popular beach destination in Albania. The 10-kilometer-long stretch of beach combined with affordable prices attract holidaymakers to the city’s waterfront from early spring to late August.
